Delicious lunches

Have been feeling inspired with my lunches from The sprouted kitchen cookbook

Then I used up the rest of my eggs by having a baking extravaganza. I made Brioche, and Tarta de Almendra. I now have a supply of delicious eggs from my neighbour, so more eggcellent recipes on the way!

Eggs, eggs, and more eggs.

I bought a dehydrator a while back, and used it to dehydrate some veg. I keep forgetting that I have it, but the veg crisps were a yummy addition to my lunch!

We needed an egg (just the one) on the way back from a walk on Sunday, so we thought we would stop at a farm trailer and buy some. The woman would not give us her egg boxes so we ended up buying  a tray for £3 (bargain). I also got half a dozen from my friend down the road so frittata was on the menu today, with sweet potato and goats cheese. My list of egg recipes and inspirations so far are;

  • Brioche (uses 6 eggs)
  • Tarta de Almendra (uses 7 eggs)
  • Tortilla (uses 6 eggs)
  • Poached eggs for breakfast

I love eggs though and have many more ideas for them!
